I’m really happy with my experience with Tax Title Services. This was my first property that I bought at auction and was nervous about the title and selling process and if everything would work out. I called a couple times before and during the process and I always was able to talk to a real person for several minutes who answered my several questions and gave me all the time I needed. Getting passed on to the title company during escrow went smooth and this company allowed me to sell my property when the realtors didn’t think it could happen. Well worth the price if it makes the process work. I bought 4 more auction properties and if/when I sell I’ll definitely go through TTS again.

I heard about Tax Title Services from other investors. What a great reference it ended up being too. I was pleased with the timeframe it took them to complete everything necessary and once they were done, I was able to actually sell my 3 lots in less than a week & a half after that. Bruce answered all of my concerns from the very start and I knew I was in great hands. Sure enough! These guys are Great to work with! I will definitely use them again, and again, and again. I had a great experience with Tax Title Services. Very easy to communicate with and very honest explaining each step along with each step that will happen. This company does business with many real estate and title companies. I completed the house, then sold it withing 6 months of listing it. The closing was very easy and even though this was a tax foreclosure, we were able to secure a clear title with no strings attached! I would recommend and have recommended Tax Title to many of my real estate and Title company friends here in East Tennessee.

The cost was more than I was expecting but the speed and efficiency made up for it!

when trying to sell property that is purchased through the tax deed sales, these people are the only people that you can deal with that will get the job done without having to do a quiet title action.... quite title actions are 50% of the time more complicated than they appear and they cannot be done because of children that need to be notified during quite title and it causes the quiet title lawsuit to become orders of magnitude higher so these people like I said are the only people that can help in no situations and they do it in 30 days which is amazing.... It allows you to get title insurance on property that you would normally have to hold for at least 4 years or go through the quiet title lawsuit process to deal with it so I will continue using them all the time in situations where I need to sell property before the 4 years

I used Tax Title Services (TTS) to quiet the title to some land that I purchased. This land had been purchased years ago by a previous buyer at a tax deed sale. TTS performed the work professionally, affordably, and to the satisfaction of the Title Company so that title insurance could be issued on the property for my purchase. THEY WORK VERY WELL WITH THOSE STATES THAT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TAX SALE RESELL FOR EXAMPLE TENNESSEE, IF YOU BUY AT A TAX SELL IN TENNESSEE, WAIT A YEAR TO GET POSSESSION, THEN WANT TO SELL THE PROPERTY, YOU CANNOT FIND A TITLE COMPANY TO SUPPLY TITLE INSURANCE. TTS HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO HANDLE THIS FOR ME. I AM A REALTOR IN TENNESSEE AND I USE FOR MYSELF AS WELL AS CLIENTS WITH RESELL PROBLEMS.
